Animal Encounters at Discovery World

Your family can get up close with turtles, snakes, and other animals living at Discovery World. During these regular weekend visits, kids will meet the facility's animal ambassadors in the Great Lakes Future exhibit, learn fascinating facts about each creature, and discover more about the animals that make their home here. Animal Encounters happen every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday with sessions at 10:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m., and 12:00 p.m. This is a great opportunity for curious kids to interact with live animals and gain hands-on learning in an engaging museum setting. The experience fits nicely into a Discovery World visit, so you can explore other exhibits before or after your animal session.
