Animal Encounters at Discovery World

Your family can get up close with turtles, snakes, and other animals during this recurring Discovery World program. Held every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, Animal Encounters takes place in the Great Lakes Future exhibit, where kids meet the museum's animal ambassadors. You'll have the chance to learn about each creature's unique traits and discover more about the animals that live at Discovery World. Sessions run at 10:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m., and 12:00 p.m., giving you flexible timing to fit your family's schedule. This is a great option for animal-loving kids of all ages who want a hands-on learning experience without traveling far.
