Bird Club Meetings

Curious about birds and nature? The Benjamin F. Goss Bird Club hosts monthly gatherings where both seasoned birders and newcomers can learn together. Each meeting features expert guest speakers and knowledgeable club members sharing insights about birds and their habitats. Sessions are held in-person at Retzer Nature Center's Community Room, though you can also participate online by emailing the club for the virtual link. The meetings are completely free and welcoming to kids ages 11 and up, as well as adults. No advance registration is needed—just show up! Whether your family is just starting to explore birdwatching or you're already passionate about the topic, this is a relaxed way to deepen your knowledge and connect with others who share the interest. For more details, check out the club's website or Facebook page.
