Carriages with the Clauses

Take a festive ride through downtown Oconomowoc in a horse-drawn carriage with Santa and Mrs. Claus! This popular holiday tradition returns for three evenings, offering families a chance to enjoy decorated shop windows and twinkling lights while riding through town. Each carriage holds up to 10 people (recommended for 6 adults and 4 children, with babies under 12 months welcome on a lap), and your group gets a private 15-minute ride. Infants and toddlers will enjoy the cozy atmosphere, while older kids can bring their wish lists to share with Santa and snap photos with both Mr. and Mrs. Claus. The experience includes plenty of extras to round out your evening. A hot chocolate cart operates outside for those wanting warm drinks, and cookies are available to take home. Families can also make reindeer food together as a fun activity. Rides cost $100 per carriage, and advanced registration opens November 9 and sells out quickly each year. Since this is an outdoor event, dress warmly for December weather. Plan to arrive 10 minutes early for your assigned time slot, and note that if weather becomes severe, rides move to a makeup date.
