Early Literacy Event with The Prairie School

Valerie Sprunger, a Reading Learning Specialist from The Prairie School, will lead this hour-long session designed to help parents and caregivers nurture early literacy skills in their children. You'll explore practical strategies for building your child's confidence and love of reading, from weaving books into everyday moments to supporting their emerging literacy abilities. This event takes place at Wonderland Bookshop and welcomes families interested in strengthening their approach to reading at home. To attend, you'll need to RSVP directly with the bookshop. It's a great opportunity to connect with an education professional while picking up real, doable ideas you can use right away with your little ones.
