First Nations: Ozaukee County, Wisconsin & The Americas

This museum exhibition explores the history and culture of First Nations peoples in Ozaukee County and their broader presence across the Americas. Families will discover artifacts, displays, and educational materials that tell the stories of indigenous communities—their traditions, contributions, and experiences. It's a thoughtful way to learn about the region's Native American heritage and gain perspective on American history often missing from standard textbooks. Kids and adults alike can engage with the exhibits at their own pace.
