Gone Fishin’

Kids fifteen and younger are invited to learn the fundamentals of fishing and try their hand at catching something! The program includes instruction on basic fishing techniques, then gives young anglers a chance to actually fish. Equipment is provided—some rods and reels are available for participants to use, and bait is supplied, so you don't need to bring your own gear. Parents should know that adult supervision is required throughout the activity. If you'd like to fish alongside your child, you'll need to have a current Ohio fishing license.
