Halloween on Main

Join the Annual Halloween on Main celebration in downtown Dousman for a full afternoon of family-friendly festivities. The event runs from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and is completely free to attend. You'll find costume contests organized by age group (dogs, kids 7 and under, kids 8–17, and adults) happening at noon, along with a pumpkin decorating station and a craft fair at the Village Hall. Kids can enjoy hay rides and a bounce house, while the whole family can sample entries in the famous chili and soup tasting contest. The celebration includes plenty to keep everyone entertained: local businesses will be handing out treats during trick-or-treating, character actors will be on hand for photo opportunities, live music will fill the streets, and various food vendors will be available. Whether your family enjoys competitions, hands-on activities, or simply soaking up the festive atmosphere, this event offers something for everyone. It's a great way to celebrate the season right in your community.
