Kick or Treat Waukesha

Journey Martial Arts is hosting a Halloween-themed open house called Kick or Treat, perfect for kids ages 4 through 12. This free event combines indoor and outdoor fun, so families can enjoy activities regardless of the weather. Kids can participate in a pumpkin bowling game on the lawn, design jack-o-lanterns for a contest with prizes (divided by age group), navigate a spider-themed obstacle course, and play in an indoor nerf arena called Monster Blaster. There's also a trunk-or-treat experience in the parking lot featuring local small businesses, plus photo opportunities with martial arts training equipment. Costumes are welcome and encouraged. While drop-in attendance is possible, the organizers ask that families RSVP through their Facebook event page to help them plan supplies and staffing. One important note: strollers and wagons aren't permitted inside the studio space during the event, so you'll need to leave them outside if you bring one. This is a great way to get some Halloween fun indoors and out without worrying about unpredictable fall weather.
