National Cheese Curd Day 2026

Lakefront Brewery is celebrating National Cheese Curd Day with a full evening of fried-cheese fun for the whole family. Opening at 3pm, the brewery will serve their award-winning curds alongside three limited-edition specialty flavors: Wisconsin Supper Club Prime Rib (with horseradish and au jus), Carrot Cake (topped with cream cheese frosting), and Mango Chile Lime (for those who enjoy bold, spicy flavors). Standard curds cost $13, specialty flavors are $14 each, or try all three for $40. For guests with gluten sensitivities, gluten-free curds will be prepared fresh in a separate fryer right in the Beer Hall. Throughout the evening, families can participate in the Cheese Curd Pull Competition—a free, fun challenge where teams of two compete to stretch a cheese curd as far as possible. Competitions run roughly hourly, and winning teams receive two $15 gift cards. Kids can join with a parent accompanying them.
