Story Time in the Galleries at Milwaukee Art Museum

Story Time in the Galleries brings together storytelling and hands-on creativity at the Milwaukee Art Museum. During this Saturday morning program, children and families settle in among the museum's artwork to hear a story read aloud, then move into making art inspired by what they've experienced. It's a wonderful way for young ones to engage with the museum's collection in an interactive, playful way. This is an ideal activity for families with young children who enjoy stories and creative expression. The combination of listening and making art helps kids connect with the museum in a relaxed, informal setting. Best of all, Story Time fits naturally into a Saturday morning routine, giving families a cultural experience that feels fun rather than formal.
