Waukesha County Parks Presents Community Science: Pollinators

Get involved in hands-on nature exploration at one of Waukesha County Parks' pollinator field surveys. You'll team up with park staff and other nature lovers to spot, identify, and learn about bumble bees and other important pollinators. This is real citizen science—your observations help contribute to local conservation efforts. No experience needed, and you'll even earn volunteer hours while picking up new outdoor skills. This program welcomes teens and older participants (ages 13+) and is completely free to attend. Sessions run for one hour at various park locations throughout the county, giving families flexibility in choosing a convenient spot.
