Wee Wonders at Retzer Nature Center

Wee Wonders is a hands-on nature program designed for toddlers ages 2–4 at Retzer Nature Center. Each session focuses on a different outdoor topic—this August's program explores insects and pollinators in the prairie. Sessions run for one hour and include direct outdoor experiences, so bring your child dressed for the weather. An adult must accompany each child. Registration costs $6 per child and is required online at least 24 hours before the program. Walk-ins are accepted if space is available; if you'd like to try that route, call ahead and arrive by 9:15 a.m. The program is now offered three times each month on the second Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with morning and afternoon options on Tuesdays, giving families flexibility to join.
