West Allis Downtown Halloween Hunt

Bring the kids trick-or-treating through downtown West Allis on Halloween morning! More than 20 local businesses and organizations will be handing out candy to costumed children ages 12 and under. Families can pick up a map showing participating locations at either of two spots: the corner of 70th and Greenfield near BMO Harris Bank, or at 75th and Greenfield by City Hall. This is a rain-or-shine event, so bundle up if needed. The event runs during the late morning hours, giving families a chance to collect treats before the afternoon. Street parking and municipal lots behind the businesses make it easy to park. Dogs on leashes are welcome too—costumes for your pup are encouraged! Since each business decides whether to give candy only to younger children or to all ages, just keep expectations flexible as you go. Best of all, there's no admission fee.
