Wooden Jar Silhouette for Dried Flowers

Join instructor Karen Fairbanks for a two-hour upcycling craft session where you'll create a charming display piece for dried or artificial flowers. You'll paint a wooden jar silhouette and then embellish it with wooden beads attached to the back. These beads serve as a holder for your blooms, making it easy to swap out flowers seasonally or whenever you want a fresh look. The gardens will provide basic materials and sample flowers to get you started, though you're welcome to bring your own dried or artificial flowers from home to personalize your creation. Basic supplies are included in the fee, so you just need to bring yourself and any special flowers you'd like to feature. Registration is required.
